Customers have the option of either picking up their order in store or having it delivered for a $10 flat rate charge anywhere in Canada. Orders are shipped by expedited service through Canada Post. Expedited orders typically take one business day for local deliveries, up to three days for regional deliveries and up to seven business days for national deliveries (remember we are located in Halifax Nova Scotia).
